Play Policy

All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (18+). Children must not be left unsupervised. Elliott’s Play Cafe do not provide childcare or child supervision.

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the care, behaviour and supervision of children whilst visiting the Play Cafe, this includes all activities, parties and any events put on by Elliott’s Play Cafe or any of its Partners.

​

All children are expected to use our equipment and toys as they are designed to be used. No throwing of toys or using them in an unsafe manner will be allowed. Elliott’s Play Cafe provides a safe place for all.

Please look after your personal belongings. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for your belongings. Any items left behind after a session will be kept in a lost property box. Contact us if you have lost/left something.

We take all reasonable steps to maintain a safe and clean environment, however use of the facilities is at your own risk. Elliott’s Play Cafe shall not be held liable for injury, accident or damage sustained on the premises, except where caused by proven negligence.

In the unlikely event of any accident or injury, it must be reported to a member of staff immediately so that it can be recorded and any necessary steps taken.

​

Outdoor footwear cannot be worn in the play area’s, however socks MUST be worn.

​

By booking a session online and upon entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Play policy as well as uphold it during your visit.

​

Only food and drink purchased on the premises can be consumed at the Play Cafe, with the exception of children/baby lunches.
